This is the conventional retail package, complete with bottom gusset and with zip lock closure. Above the zip there is space for a heat seal or for hermetical closing.
Applications include pet foods, sweets and confectionary in addition to the more usual food and non-food products.
The bottom of the bags are specifically re-enforced so as to protect the bag from tearing.
Normally, a lamination of CPE / LDPE with PET of PA is used, with additional metal coating to ensure the long duration of the products.
The lamination can also be customised.
Laminated bags are also available without bottom gussets or Zip Lock closures.
Printing is available with any combination of up to eight different colours, again using the rotogravure process.
